The Municipal Programme for Combate and Prevention of Underachievement and School Dropout, called Secundário para Tod@s, defines the Lisbon Municipality's basic policy for promoting success at school, having as its priority the reduction and prevention of school dropout and the establishment of equal conditions of access to education.
IPPS-Iscte, as a project partner, is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the programme Secundário Para Tod@s.
